Our house is peacefully situated just 300 meters from the popular Oberrieder Weiher, a perfect spot for swimming, relaxing, and soaking up nature. Legoland, the scenic Allgäu region, and many other exciting day-trip destinations are all within easy reach, making it an ideal base for families and couples alike.
The accommodation
The apartment offers breathtaking views of the Günztal Valley and the Oberrieder Weiher. It includes one bedroom, a living room with a comfortable pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Step out onto the terrace, complete with a roof and electric sunshade, or relax in the additional lounge with cozy furnishings and a beautiful lake view.
High-speed internet is available via fiber-optic connection, both through LAN and Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.
Location
The Oberrieder Weiher is perfect for family fun, offering activities such as swimming, sailing, and surfing. Relax on the sun terrace with food and drinks, or visit the small beer garden and kiosk at the nearby campsite for light snacks and essentials. Just 1 km away, the neighboring village of Breitenthal has a traditional village inn and a local butcher. The town of Krumbach, only 7 km away, offers a wide variety of restaurants and shopping options, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local culture.
